Inspired by the original 1961 cuneese Rhum chocolate, a 60% dark chocolate filled with chocolate cream and Rhum. A classic of the Piedmontese tradition, which plays on the delightful and alternating-on-the-palate contrast between the intensity of chocolate and the aromatic notes of rhum. A multilayered taste experience: the bitterness of chocolate makes way for the warmth and enveloping sweetness of the rhum, followed by hints of spice and vanilla.
